INSURANCE AND RATES

Non-direct services cannot be billed to insurance and are charged based on the time and work involved.

 

Clinical Letter / Treatment Summary / Clinical Recommendations / Progress Note — $50

(Printed copies: $0.25 per page + postage)
A Clinical Letter is a client-requested document that outlines services received, provides recommendations, or summarizes our work together in a letter format.

Clinical Consultation — $80 per 45 minutes

At the client’s request, I can collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care, share information, and adjust treatment as needed.

Out-of-Office Meeting — $200 for the first hour (1-hour minimum); $100 per additional hour

When working with schools, programs, or other organizations, I may be required to attend meetings outside of our regular therapeutic time. These services cannot be billed to insurance and may incur the above fee.

Court / Legal Proceeding — $1,000 minimum for up to 5 hours; $150 per additional hour

This fee applies when I am asked or subpoenaed to testify, provide statements, or offer professional recommendations in a legal context.
